Get chat messages

Returns paginated messages for a chat with optional before/after cursor for time-based pagination.

Path Parameters

`projectId`	string	Yes	Project ID.
`chatId`	string	Yes	Chat ID.

Query Parameters

`page`	integer	No	Page number (1-based).
`limit`	integer	No	Number of messages per page.
`before`	string	No	Return messages before this timestamp (cursor).
`after`	string	No	Return messages after this timestamp (cursor).
