Per-process snapshot: normalized **routeKey** (METHOD + path template), **p50/p95/p99**, 4xx/5xx counts, **impactScore**, **alertsSuggested**, **rps**, **inFlight**, **eventLoopLagP99Ms**. One buffer per server instance.
