Get transaction history (custodial wallets; same monitoring as non-custodial)
Returns transaction history for custodial wallets. Transactions are stored and monitored the same way as non-custodial (WalletTransaction); status updates (pending, broadcast, confirmed, failed) and stuck detection apply to both.
