Check DNS (MX + SPF) for sending domain

Resolves the domain from `domain`, `fromEmail`, or saved `emailSmtp.fromEmail`. Returns whether MX and SPF TXT exist. With `persist: true` and checks passed, sets `emailSmtp.domainVerifiedAt`.
