Note

This is a real, current limitation, not a bug — there is no dashboard UI for configuring per-transaction fee structures yet. The underlying fee-settings API (/api/projects/:projectId/fee-settings) is already live; configure fees for your project by calling it directly. A console page for this is planned for a future release.
